12-Year-Old Boy Arrested for Distributing Pot Brownies at School

An OC elementary student was arrested after he allegedly took pot brownies to his friends at school. The Pomona Elementary School sixth-grader was taken into custody after he allegedly gave the brownies to at least seven of his fellow students. School administrators questioned the student yesterday and found a small bag of marijuana in his backpack. He was arrested at home on Thursday for possession of marijuana and later released to his parents.
