Daniel grew up in Los Angeles, where his father, Irv Rubin, earned his reputation as an esteemed criminal defense lawyer. There, he endeavored to form relationships with local attorneys and judges early on, determined to one day fight for those who cannot fight for themselves. While in law school, he clerked with the District Attorney’s office and, as part of Whittier Law School’s Trial Advocacy Honors Board, Daniel won the chance to plead mock-trial cases against the brightest law students in the state.
After graduating, Daniel worked with a range of individuals, from local businesses to Fortune 1000 clients, recovering millions of dollars in a variety of claims, including personal injury and contract disputes. Daniel has a familiarity with legal tools and tactics used by some of the world’s largest law firms, making him a valuable addition and asset to our firm.
